Introduction
At ExamRoom.in, we strive to provide high-quality study materials, mock tests, and learning resources to help students excel in their exams. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are allowed and refunds are processed. Please read it carefully before purchasing any subscription plan.
1. Monthly Plan
- No refunds are provided once a monthly plan is purchased.
- The subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal.
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund for the remaining period.
2. Yearly & Lifetime Plans
- Full refund is available only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Usage of study material, mock tests, or any platform features after purchase.
- Cancellation requests made after 7 days for yearly/lifetime plans.
- Any violation of ExamRoom.in Terms of Service.
5. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund amount will exclude any transaction fees or bank charges (if applicable).
